Our Values

SunBioLogic is a family-owned business that is focused on safe, natural skincare. We use organic ingredients and non-nano zinc oxide, the only natural mineral that offers both UVA/UVB sun protection. All of our sunscreens are rated #1, the highest rating for safety, by the EWG (Environmental Working Group).

Our products are FDA approved, crafted with care, and manufactured in the USA in a certified organic, pharmaceutical-grade facility. We only work with suppliers that meet our high standards for ethics and quality!

SunBioLogic is committed to preserving the environment with our choices in ingredients and packaging. The sunscreens are non-toxic to marine life (reef-safe). Our printing is done with soy-based inks and we use recycled packaging where possible.

Our Story

SunBioLogic was established by Adylia Roman in 2017 in Los Angeles, CA. Adylia has been an entrepreneur in the health and wellness space for decades. 

SunBioLogic was founded after seeing the skin changes she witnessed as a former UCLA athletic trainer to young athletes participating in NCAA sports. After spending years crafting their sports outside, collegiate athletes are often faced with early signs of precancerous skin changes.

Adylia sought to develop a sunscreen that is both UVA/UVB protective and without the harmful chemicals like oxybenzone, octisalate, and homosalate that are found in many common sunscreens. The mission was to find the balance between safety, affordability, and compactness for athletic and daily use.

SunBioLogic strongly believes in digital privacy, transparency, and honesty. We strive to protect the privacy of our customers and anyone who visits our website.

• We do not require you to make an account or store any information in order to make a purchase.
• We do not pay for advertisements with companies like Facebook or Google.
• We do not pay for product reviews, and we do not pay or sponsor bloggers to feature our products.
• We automatically limited tracking for customers in protected regions (EU - GDPR and California - CCPA). This means you won't be prompted to "opt in" to sharing data - you are automatically "opted out."
• We do not use an email marketing list and will not send you spam emails. You will receive emails about your order, and we will respond to any questions you ask!
• We do not sell customer data to third parties.
